Watson selected to college all-star game

HATTIESBURG, Miss. - Southern Miss senior guard Neil Watson was selected to play in the Reese's Division I College All-Star Game, presented by the National Association of Basketball Coaches.
The game will be played this Friday, April 4, at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas at 4:30 p.m. and will air on CBS the following day at 11 a.m. CT.

Watson, a three-year letterwinner, was twice named All-Conference USA, including First Team this year. He finished his career 28th on the school's all-time scoring list with 1,157 points. He is the school's all-time leader in free throw percentage (.852), is second in assists (473), third in three-pointers (164) and steals (160) and ninth in free throws made (335).
"Neil has had an amazing senior year," said Southern Miss head coach Donnie Tyndall. "He shattered many records, helped us win a school-record 29 games and is obviously one of the better seniors in America. We are glad that he will get the opportunity to showcase his skills and compete against the best in the Reese's NABC Division I College All-Star Game."
